- Recognition of numbers 1-100 and counting by 2's, 5's and 10's.
- Addition facts through 10 and beginning subtraction.
- Memorization of Bible verses and daily lessons on Salvation, Life of Christ and Bible doctrine.
- Daily class specials: Gym, Music, Spanish, Art and Library.
There are several factors that have enabled our kindergarten classes at Tippecanoe Christian to be successful.
First, the class size is smaller, which allows for more individual attention and learning strategies that meet specific learning needs. Second, the A Beka curriculum we use helps develop strong phonics based readers which allows the child to comprehend and reach their full potential in every subject area. Third, the students are learning to respect themselves and others as well as develop a strong daily walk with Jesus Christ.
